  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, including most complete filter kits.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

  • For bulk orders, fleet shipments, or special delivery requests, please contact our support team prior to ordering.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Global Prime Parts is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Some items may be subject to restocking fees. If applicable, this will be communicated during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or handling.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong item, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
